• Job Responsibilities: Undertake project management, administrative management, financial assistance and other tasks assigned by the Center.

3. Recruitment Criteria

3.1 Basic Requirements

In principle, applicants must be unemployed fresh graduates from regular institutions of higher education, and meet the following criteria:

1. Possess sound ideological and political qualities, support the theories, guidelines and strategies of the Communist Party of China, love the socialist motherland and higher education, and have a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and dedication.

2. Be willing to work as a research assistant, with a hardworking spirit and basic research literacy.

3. No disciplinary violations or bad records during university study.

4. Be physically and mentally healthy to perform relevant duties.

3.2 Academic & Major Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in science or engineering.

4. Benefits & Policies

For employed 2025 fresh graduates, the university provides the following supporting policies:

1. Fresh graduates whose household registration is the USTB collective household may keep their registration at the university temporarily for one year or move it back to their original domicile. Those with a service term longer than one year must move their household registration to the original domicile or other eligible addresses promptly after graduation. After the contract is terminated, the employee shall go through the household registration transfer procedures in a timely manner. Personnel files shall be transferred to the public employment and talent service agency of the original domicile before enrollment in line with relevant regulations on mobile personnel file management.

2. The university will process social insurance and housing fund contributions in accordance with national and local government regulations.

3. Undergraduate research assistants may take postgraduate courses at USTB during employment. After being admitted to USTB postgraduate programs, they will be managed under the Bachelor-Master Integrated Training Measures. The school will grant priority support to their supervisors in postgraduate enrollment quota allocation.

4. Research assistants are not entitled to welfare benefits beyond those specified in the employment contract.

5. In case of adjustment to relevant national policies, the new provisions shall apply.
