Location: Home- Research Platform- Analysis and Identification Platform for Safety Accidents in Toxic and Harmful Gas Pipeline Networks

The toxic and harmful gas pipeline network safety accident analysis and identification platform has jointly built three professional research laboratories: the toxic and harmful gas safety monitoring research laboratory, the pipeline network safety accident emergency guidance research laboratory, and the pipeline network safety accident investigation and analysis research laboratory (as shown in the figure). For the vertically and horizontally intertwined toxic and harmful gas pipeline network in metal smelting enterprises, the prevention and control object is the frequent poisoning, suffocation, fire, explosion and other disastrous accidents in the operation of gas pipeline network. The focus is on the construction of toxic and harmful gas safety monitoring and detection capabilities, gas pipeline network accident emergency response capabilities, gas pipeline network accident analysis and identification capabilities, to provide monitoring and early warning for the prevention and control in advance, timely eliminate accident potential, provide emergency guidance for rescue in the event, effectively dispose of emergencies, provide technical analysis for post investigation, scientifically identify the causes of accidents, so as to form an effective technical support system for gas pipeline network accident prevention and control, and eliminate disastrous accidents.

The overall functional positioning of the platform is as follows:

(1) Implementing safety monitoring and improving accident warning capabilities: Guided by online warning, prediction, and prevention of toxic and harmful gas pipeline network safety accidents in metal smelting enterprises, improving the monitoring and warning, risk control, and hidden danger investigation and treatment capabilities of gas pipeline networks, effectively preventing accidents from occurring.

(2) Improve the emergency system and enhance emergency response capabilities: Guided by the emergency evacuation, rescue, and command of toxic and harmful gas pipeline network safety accidents in metal smelting enterprises, enhance the emergency capabilities of operators and rescue personnel, enhance emergency command and decision-making capabilities, and reduce accident hazards.

(3) Accurate accident investigation, improving analysis and identification capabilities: Guided by the investigation and analysis of toxic and harmful gas pipeline network safety accidents in metal smelting enterprises, improving the technical level of accident site investigation and evidence collection analysis, accurately identifying the causes and mechanisms of accidents, and preventing similar accidents from occurring.
